Presented in an 18-karat yellow gold case, the new Emerald timepiece marks a departure at the House, from rose and white gold timepieces to the return of yellow gold in watchmaking. The contrasting dark dial appeals to women who value the everyday practicality of a reliable timepiece, but also want the hallmark sparkle that Harry Winston brings to the wrist.

Mr. Winston’s favorite emerald cut

Harry Winston revolutionized the American jewelry scene with his contemporary approach to cutting and setting precious stones. Freeing stones from old-fashioned, heavy-metal settings, his dynamic techniques allowed the stones to reveal their innate beauty and dazzle in minimalist mountings. One of his favorite cuts, the elegant emerald cut, is reflected in the eight-sided silhouette of the 18-karat yellow gold case. To emphasize the contours of the octagonal emerald cut, 53 brilliant-cut diamonds embellish the case, and a truncated diamond in the crown adds a delightful touch.

The anthracite gray dial with hours and minutes functions is a fabulous contrast to the yellow gold and diamonds, and the sunburst finish beautifully reflects the light. Three brilliant-cut diamond hour markers and a gold Harry Winston emerald- shaped logo at 12 o’clock complete the dial.

Two strap options

The Harry Winston Emerald timepiece is presented with a matching double tour gray satin strap and is attached to the wrist with a yellow gold ardillon buckle set with 11 brilliant-cut diamonds. For a fine jewelry touch, the timepiece is also available with a supple Milanese bracelet in 18-karat yellow gold that sits perfectly on the wrist. Beautifully crafted, the woven gold bracelet features 103 brilliant-cut diamonds set around the tiny adjustment holes.

Designed to be worn on a daily basis, the Emerald timepiece is equipped with a precision Swiss quartz movement for carefree maintenance and is water-resistant up to 30 meters.
